Handelshøjskolen branches out
In 1984, Handelshøjskolen launches its first combination programme enrolling 60 students in the new combined education in language and business administration (SPRØK).
The establishment of a combined education in language and business administration brings the two existing separate faculties closer together, breaks with the existing gender ratio of the BSc programmes and ushers in a new era for Handelshøjskolen’s degree programmes. From the middle of the 80s, a series of new programmes are launched, including the integration of business administration and computer science, law and mathematics. The establishment of these new combinations is placing Handelshøjskolen on a new path, seeking out the boundaries of business education and developing a more diverse range of new programmes.
