Handelshøjskolen joins the Community of European Management Schools
In 1990, Handelshøjskolen extends its range of international programmes with the membership of the recognised alliance CEMS.
Handelshøjskolen joins the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) – a partnership between nine different European business schools and international companies with the goal of creating an international master degree. CEMS is initiated in 1988 by various business schools – HEC in France, ESADE in Spain, Bocconi in Italy and Cologne Business School in Germany – to provide an alternative to the many American schools offering MBAs, which are becoming increasingly popular in Europe in the 1990s.
